Cable is the same as the IC-400Pro Series which seems to be the same pinouts for almost all there mobile radios
as for software you will be looking for a CS-F5060 as for getting it for free well that is a different story as i do not have this software and i have looked around most of the places where you can get it for free, the other option is to buy it from a dealer or on ebay for about $50
