senoir managers of correctional centres carry pagers. Also correctional centres have TRG groups henc sometimes you will pagers re weapons count, reading this D11419 is CIS number, D meaning first time prisioner. safety orders are place on prisoners for there safety of the centre and other prisioners.

no probs, qcs is also digital encrypted some prisions. Also on interesting note if u get a pager message with a A regarding a prisioner means prisioner is a original from boggo road .
