Here is a couple of pics I took a few weeks ago when a tipper hit the bridge on the M1 at Beenleigh.

Truck stopped up the road but he did slow down quick :) Im still trying to work out how you drive at 110kph and not notice the tipper up in the air :sc

Not hard if the moron forgot to turn off the PTO and the lift lever isn't quite shut off, it can slowly rise up, or if he bumped the lift lever(some of them are in stupid places)
Either way he forgot to drop the PTO out
