Toyota Klugers are so good arent they. We've got one (well mum and dad do haha) and I quite frequently borrow it on my longish trips :)

Yeah we got the 2WD as well. We find the same issue when we travel as a family (5 of us) and we have all the stuff in the back.

Anyway back on topic haha

In my opinion no.

Not really. I bought one coz I do a lot of travelling to Sydney (I have family down there) and it's a real big help with the GRN.

Not really, my old one's didn't have CTCSS which are essential if you are driving around brisbane with a strong antenna because otherwise the scanner seemed to get stuck on unrelated rubbish every 5 seconeds

FTX03 i work for one of the commercial tv stations as a news camera op.

haha just like any other job i guess, work you ass off and make good contacts. Sorry I think there would be a very large insurance arguement not to have any non network employees coming along.

I think it's time to put the brakes on this one.

1- nasty job for all involved
2 -nasty for the young bloke who will never be the same again because of his decisions
3- nasty for talking about the medical director's decisions on scene
4- nasty for identifying people who attended and made said decisions.
This is the unglamorous side of the job. Need we discuss the details?

don't speed.
don't drink and drive.
wear a seatbelt.
don't drive tired.
DO NOT THROW DURRIES OUT OF YOUR CAR WINDOW.

that is all.
