Anyone still hear anything still?
I know those in the US and EU can still hear the Brazilian and Russian pirates etc.
Anyone decode any CTCSS tones on these freqs.
My crappy radio picks up all sorts of interference so scanning this band is a real pain. A CTCSS tone would help here

Lots of data transmissions, rare in the clear voice, and that that is, is Russian.
250.450 - continuous data transmission.
265.450 - continuous data transmission, then on the hour 60 seconds of data, a pause then another 10 seconds of data.
257.050 257.150 255.550 – Russian language and sometimes they use data.
The first two are good indications of your receiving system i.e. if you can hear them then you should be able to hear other transmissions.
