Programing a USDS100

Hi guys, i,ve recently purchased a Uniden USDS100 hand held scanner, and i,m having great difficulty trying to program it, can anyone point me in the right direction as to who in Queensland I can send it to so it can be programmed for me please, i,m more than happy to pay for their services and help, i,ve pretty much given up to be honest, it is driving me up the wall, anyway guys any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks Kev.
