Custom PDW turnout system

G'day guys,
I was wondering if anyone could lend a few tips on how to build a custom turnout system when a filtered message comes through PDW. I was just looking for something simple, like a text to speech program to read out the message and possibly an alarm to play prior to that. I was inspired by MrTravisdh's Youtube Video. I'm not quite that serious (Although it is awesome), but I'd just like a few of the basic concepts

Thats pretty sweet. From what I have read he coded it himself, And used Homeseer to control everything in his house

I have a system that I setup for myself.
PDW running which sends messages to my server. It then extracts the address from the message and then looks it up on google maps. It then emails me with a push notification to my phone with the pager message and google map. which I can also receive on my ipad and use gps to give me directions from wherever I am situated.
I got someone from the freelancer website to program it for me.

For those that are in SA, My cousin and I have designed a turnout system that either scrapes via webfeed or uses PDW directly using smtp.

in the sample video the settings are to

Read all messages for MFS OAKDEN 301 and to print directions to PDF as well as a copy of the pager message.

Since making this sample a few things have changed. (it no longer need Firefox support )
1) Display of Pager message with 3 colour rotation (3 min intervals)
2) Text To Speach (tts) of pager message
3) receive pager message via e-mail, pushover and SMS (for sms using USB dongle)
4) post pager message, directions and display map of location to android app.

right now its only available for SAGRN.

Our bridgae has been using this for the last 3 years without too many hiccups (all depends on how pager messages are sent / setup)

During this week i shall update the video and re post ( being meaning to do it)
