Icom have really picked themselves a winner with this one - it's light, has some interesting new features, and includes a simple get-started guide (though I miss the 300-page volume style of manual the 41W had)
Is programmable, like the 41W, uses the same handsets/headsets (Icom 2pin plug, plastic edge rounded).
The voice announcement is a nice feature - very handy for those with the R/T on a belt.
TX/RX light also good addition - easy to see when the channel's busy.
Audio: 10/10. Speaker clarity is top notch, microphone audio as well.
Backlit keys

Volume selector could have done with a white stripe on the pointer - but WhiteOut fixes that issue in a jiffy.
Gripes/Complaints:
Battery. Easy to put on, difficult to remove (unless you grow your fingernails or use two screwdrivers to unlock the sliders).
9/10 overall, would recommend to anyone.
