Is WAPOL encrypted statewide?

Just curious if Police across WA statewide are encrpyed, or are there some areas/channels that are still analogue or digital clear and if so, what areas are still able to be scanned?

yes the Denmark Walpole police repeater frequency's here are still in use in 2018
even though surrounding shires are now digital
Ch 13 Repeater output 468.1500mhz
CH 13 Repeater input 458.6500mhz
Repeater CTCSS i belive from what i read online is 107.2hz
note the same frequencys are used in both the country and metropolitan area see bellow

Its AES-256 encryption

Its a P25 digital trunked simulcast system .... mixture of trunked and conventional linked by IP
