Is there anyway to listen to the west melbourne police on a motorola xts3000 p25 radio

If they are encrypted then the simple answer is no.

Victoria Police in the Melbourne area are encrypted, so NO.

It's a little bit more complicated then that, you would need a radio that can affiliate with the MMR Network and the encryption code, my best bet find something else to listen to

Join VicPol and get issued a radio each shift, other than that you're sweet outta' luck.
