Guys,
Remember when we could sit up all night and listen to the keystone cops attending all sorts of stuff, youths causing trouble, brawls at the local pub etc etc. (especially Fri & Sat nights)!.
Mobile phone conversations, Macca's drive through, etc etc etc.
Priceless entertainment.
Not much left is there? We are left with expensive paperweights it seems.
Is there anything left worth listening to ? Seems as though our choices are diminishing every day.

Re: The Good Old Days
As quick as the technology progresses to stop people listening in there are more people getting on board using normal radio channels, I suppose there is always going to be something to listen to it will just go like its always gone - as technology increases so will scanner technology and the more opportunities will arrise.
I think you will find analogue will probably die but it will just convert over to digital eventually so we will just need to keep upgrading

A changing world we live in.
Ah well, we still have the Airbands to listen to which I've always enjoyed. Especially student pilots in the training area.
