Any pager use in Darwin?

Post by Aimii »

Hi there.

I am moving to Darwin shortly and was wondering if anyone had heard the familiar POCSAG across the airwaves up there? If so, was it on UHF by any chance?

I have a few pagers and will sell them off if there's no use in bringing them.

Ta.
HDSDR/SDR Sharp via Elonics chipset
Puxing 777 (UHF)
Pagers: RT760, 4x AL924's, 2X AL-A25's

According to the ACMA Database, 148.5625 and 148.6375 MHz, which are National frequencies, are licensed in Darwin.

Don't know of any UHF pager frequencies.
