Interesting one, on the N Coast, yesterday.
Highway cars on Pacific Highway were told there was a convoy of cars headed North
Literally, dozens of them. Similar styles but varied makes. Mostly black.
All with rental car rego..
No suggestion as to their purpose.
Sounded very ominous.

Eventually, it was discovered that they were, in fact, hire cars headed for G20 business in Brisbane.

Probably part of the VIPs UAE contingent based on northern Gold Coast for the g20 , I counted over 40 of them in the hotel car park , they also hired out the whole hotel .

Can confirm around 130 hire cars made their way from Sydney to sanctuary cove today, they are all for the Saudi delegates staying there for G20
