Harvey Bay QPS,QAS and QFRES

Hello again, my family and I are going up to Harvey Bay and even Fraser Island soon. I was wondering if it is worthwhile bringing a scanner or have most of the emergency services switched to P25 digital in that area. I remember when I was there last time I could hear them and hopefully I still can.

I would be curious as to what you found is happening up that way. An update on the emergency frequencies still in use would be great. They're mostly gone from sunshine coast south but gympie is still analogue.

This is what I found

Fire= 467.325
Ambulance= 413.1875 and 414.8125

I didn't hear any talk on the police channels and I only scanned for a little while but there was no mention what so ever of the QPS.

I was there the other day , 468.300 via Ghost Hill was the active channel.
