Does anyone know if there is a frequency link for the Toowoomba ambulance that is above 450mhz.

Have you searched the ACMA database?
Best way would to be find the QAS location or site and look in there to see if there is any leads during your search

You can still hear Toowoomba ambulance in the 79 Mhz range, was listening today.
