Website changing hands

Postby rochedalescan » Tue Sep 23, 2014 11:06 pm

Hi all,

I am writing this message to inform you all of a change of ownership which will be happening on the 1st of October. I will no longer be running the forum and will be handing it over to Mick who has done a lot of the development of the forums over the years. I no longer have the time to run Aussiescaners however will remain a member of the admin team

The forums have definatly come a long way since we first started back in 2006 and I would like to thank all of the members and our team members for making Aussiescanners one of the largest radio forums in Australia.

I personally have learned a lot about radio from the members on this forum and have made some long lasting friendships. I have faith that Mick will continue to run the forums in the direction that I hoped it would and ensure that Aussiescanners is around for years to come.

Best Regards and Thanks again.
Shane

Thanks Shane for all your hard work.
We all think you have done great in getting the website to where it is today, and thank you for helping share the radio world with all the other embers, something we all enjoy, as members.

Thanks to Mick for continuing the website for us all to enjoy, in all aspects!

Postby Phil » Fri Sep 26, 2014 10:09 pm

On behalf of myself and the moderating team both past and present, we wish you all the best in the future, I also thank you for creating this forum and taking the laborious time that it takes to run a website and bore the costs of keeping the website up and running. If you ever need anything don't forget to ask. Again good luck with whatever you choose to do Shane and I welcome Michael to the position and will offered him the same help I have give you

Regards

Phil
