Hello, I was driving home from Dalby today and I heard two blokes talking on this frequency 473.620.

Have you looked on the ACMA register site? There are a couple of transport companies listed for this frequency, although not really close to you, however, having said that, the register is not always up to date. Someone else from your area may know.
