Does anyone know what VHF frequencies the Queensland police use

Don't believe they use VHF anymore. There are still some ambulance and fire outlets on VHF.

search the old standard 467 to 469 freq you might find something but with GWN not sure if you will find anything in Toowoomba.

I saw a Police search and rescue dive vehicle a few weeks back and it looked like it still had a vhf antenna on it.

Possibly for airband or more likely a marine radio

Plus a lot of police vehicles outside the metropolitan area, still sport larger UHF antennas.

VHF 63 here in Brisbane area - 160.7750

Queensland Police no longer use VHF frequencies with the exception of air band frequencies and marine band frequencies. 160.775 is VHF marine frequency channel no 63.
