Re: Hervey Bay/Maryborough.
Thank you for your quick reply.
Yes I did find that link and tried each frequency but no luck. As I mentioned in my New Member post I am a Rural Fire Fighter and should be able to ask my First Officer when I am there next what they use.
I was just hoping that I could get it before that. I will be sure to share the info when I find out.

Re: Hervey Bay/Maryborough.
Hi Brent,
Welcome to the forum, did you try vhf or uhf channels? The list of uhf channels for North Coast Firecom I have is:
CH. Allocation
10 Mt Allan
10 Gympie Fire Station
11 Mt England
12 Ushers Hill
13 Kelks Hill
13 Mt Kiangarow
14 Cooloola Water Reservoir
14 Yarraman Forestry Twr
15 Blackbutt East
17 Proston
17 Mothar Mountain
18 Mt Goonaneman
19 Black Mountain
20 Maryborough Fire Stn.
21 Mt.Kanigan
22 Double Is.Point
23 Ghost Hill
24 Point Cartwright
24 Reservoir Hill
25 Takura Heights
26 Gin Gin Water Tower
27 Wilkes Knob
27 Mt.Perry
28 Mundubbera
30 Mt Perry
31 Sloping Hummock
31 Donovan's Knob
32 Noosa Headlands
33 Wild Horse Mtn.
33 Mt.Watalgan
You should be able to get some of these from the Bay without a problem.
The respective frequencies for each channel can be found in the database. Remember if you are listening to an online stream to compare there will probably be a delay on the streamed audio. Sometimes it might only be 10 seconds, other times it can be a minute behind 'real time'...the joys of the www!

Re: Hervey Bay/Maryborough.
Can you please link to this or tell me where I can go to get this list in the respective frequencies?
When I did a search on this website I found some but not this many.
I am new to this website and hope to learn where everything is soon.
Also I am aware of the lag on internet broadcast. I have found that out just by listening to the same scanner on two different devices let alone a local scanner.
Thanks
Brent

Check out
http://web.acma.gov.au/pls/radcom/site_ ... =frequency
I think the one you need is 467.3250000 MHz Department of Community Safety (Queensland Fire and Rescue Service)
