Live out in the west of NSW, have a Uniden BCD996XT, which of course went silent in May last
year when my favourite channels became encrypted. Can still listen to vhf frequencies, but still not as clear
or action packed as the uhf frequencies once were. Now just have to settle for Broadcastify.com and find
that Saturday and Sunday afternoons around 3-4 pm, provides lots of action from the USA Chicago police frequencies.
