Hi All,
Just dipping my toes in and thinking of buying my first scanner. I'd rather buy one that I don't have to think about upgrading in the short term. So thinking of the UBCD396XT (although I live on the surfcoast victoria and I'm not sure how relevant the digital is here), but i am a bit worried it might be beyond me.
Anyway happy to take advice.

Hi Lisa,
Digital has recently come to your neck of the woods in the way of the new RMR Network.
One of the initial users of this system will be the CFA, so I think it's worth considering.

Do you know of anywhere in melbourne (city) I can actually go into a shop and buy one, I found a few online but I'm heading to Melb on Monday for work and might go shopping.
