Hi, I am new to this forum, I would like to know what the experts think about the Radio Shack Pro 162 scanner, I am thinking to buy a digital HH scanner and I don't know where to start.

The Pro 162 is not a digital (P25) scanner.

I saw an ebay seller selling the Uniden 396XT for $255 the other day.
