Post by jaskel »

Nice job on that i find that the more expensive the car the more fun you have with the install tho they can be frustrating to pull apart

Hell easy enough to fix aswell just get the replacement rim for around the aircon and central console, just a note tho jaskel i have a feeling that your car is a Canbus system so be careful adding to much as it can play havok on your computer

I would have bought the DIN replacement for the tissue box at the bottom of the dash, the remote head fits very nice in there and the 208 fits nice sitting on the lower opening, just be nicer without the exposed wires

have a look at Supacheap, they had them, around $50, made for BA/BF Falcon & Territory
they are made AERPRO

http://www.aerpro.com.au/index.php

Two types for the BA/BF/Territory and that head unit sits perfectly in the DIN slot
I have the full unit shown as it also provides two USB 5v charger sockets as well as the normal 12v cigarette lighter socket

http://www.aerpro.com.au/list.php?pcode ... +&cat_sno=

They have facia kits for almost every car you can buy, even a module that you can mount on top or under your dash to give an extra DIN slot
