Do the weather companies still use pagers for the forecast to all the mobile crews?

if you look on orange , there is one I see pop up now and than but its not often ,
oh by the way as a licenced amateur operator that has worked hard to get his licence , how about getting the licence before , advertising your self as a licenced operator ??? (see your username >>>)
