T.I.N Number ?

Hi guys,

Heard VKR asking for any unit that would know the T.I.N number for driving a defected vehicle, does anyone know what that stands for and also if the information is available to the public ?

I am assuming it lists all offenses how many demerit points and how much the fine is for breaching that offense, for example I think they said driving a defective vehicle $100 and one point.
