heres some photos of the lights when we first got the appliance whitle leds have since been added to the front flashers

2 questions: did you have much use for them (area risks) and is AUX/PERM support far away?

We didnt use it much but i belive it should have been used at more incidents such as dump fires etc.

Depending on where the incident is permanent back up is any where from 10 minutes to 50 minutes
but they get around that by turning the permanents out then waiting 20 minutes b4 resoponding us even to some grass fires we have seen the permanents go past us then the phone rings for us to respond. We have a lot of difficulty with some permanents and some comms opperators, but such is life we try and do the best job possible.
