DEGEN 1103 Shortwave Radio

Post by AIRMAN »

I've seen a lot of positive reviews about this little radio, so I decided to get one off an Ebay trader in Honkers. It arrived today just 6 days after the order...free shipping. It cost less than AU$80 all up.

Comes with the following:

Instruction Booklet
Earphones (in sealed packet)
Set of 4 NimH AA batteries
3.5mm plug and antenna wire
Wall plug (not Australian needs an adaptor)

I will be just using the batteries (once they have charged up) as I don't trust the plug in transformer. I had a very disappointing episode with my Sangean last year which fried the PCB. :x

Might give it a review soon.

Cheers
