I assume by 477 you mean UHF CB. You need a W1 Band for UHF CB, although you MIGHT get away with a U Band.

The FM828 requires a pair of crystals for each Channel.

From memory, the maximum number of channels you can have in an FM828 is 10, although most units were only 1-Channel or 3-Channel.

OK, I think you are out-of-luck.

The U Band is 450 - 470 MHz, and while some people have allegedly gotten the occasional radio to work on 477 MHz, I believe it has been with limited success.

And the 510 MHz frequency would indicate a W2 Band, which is 500 - 520 MHz, and definitely not suitable.

The W1 Band is 470 - 500 MHz.
