yaesu FT-50R hand held

Hi everyone
I have been searching and going mad looking for spare parts for a FT-50R hand held unit,
I need a new front and back cover
Ch selector switch
all rubber grommets for PPT, light & sqelch buttons colme as 1 unit

have made inquires to all aussie dealers and none of them can assist me all saying that spares for this
unit are now rare or no longer available..

its sad the unit still working in excelent condition but has these parts need replacing to make it brand new again

ANY suggestions or info where to go from here much appreciated....thanx in advance
