New are here. Owner of a UBCD396XT with a lost programming cable
Was going to program all the V8 Supercars info as we are leaving for the GC600 tomorrow and found the cable has been lost / missing so it looks like it will have to be done manually.
I saw this cable at trickies website and was wondering if anybody new if would work or if anybody has tried.

Spoke to Uniden and they only have the rs232 cable for 40 bucks and will take 2 weeks to send.
Any other tips to buy a cable urgently on Brisbane southside ?
Cheers

Re: UBCD396XT programming cable
that is not the cable you are after, you require a Uniden Cable to program, i would suggest putting your scanner into Close Call and store the frequencies that way

Re: UBCD396XT programming cable
I would be getting a serial (RS232) not a USB. Doubt the USB cable would work with the software.Radman65 wrote:Thanks Phil
