I want to use it for UHF CB and also some receive frequencies.

Provided a dealer programs the radio in accordance with ACMA policy it is okay to use for UHFCB.

As far as receive, it will depend on whether the frequencies are in band and are either analog or IDAS with the Digital Unit (UT119H) installed.

I got a heap of analogue frequencies. But will it work with digital frequencies as well?

Its basically a commercial radio. Providing you get the correct version, it will cover the UHF CBRS.
