hey guys, im a newbie from down in brisbane, a friend of mine pointed me over here from another forum i asked for help on,
i picked up an icom IC-F4163S handheld but its programed to private freq's,
atm i cant really afford the cloning cable or the software (to close to chrisy) so i was wondering if anyone lives in south east qld around the logan area that has one and is willing to give me a hand to clone it back to factory, assuming that factory channels are standard uhf that is
