im just wondering if anyone has the software to program my GP328's i have recently joined the RFS and was looking to reprogram them to rfs frequences

Welcome to the forum.
Unfortunately, you won't find the software on here. If you are apart of the RFS, why not check that it's ok to have your own equipment on their band (you need their permission) and then ask the RFS to program it for you.... That would be the easiest and safest way to avoid any trouble
