Hi all trying to program 4x sets of GP328
keep getting Error Couldn't open port, Check whether Device/Rib is powered on
here are specs
Win Laptop Xp Sp2
R03.11.15/Professional CPS R06.09.06
USB cable
Radio is turned on Battery is fully charged
Any hints what i am doing wrong i know GP300 had to have a 9v battery attached to it to work
