Short answer. NO.

Do you mean, just on the Gold Coast, or in Queensland.

Zeon Digital is just Motorola's name for their TETRA (TErrestrial Trunked RAdio) product line in Australia.

The 800 MHz Band in Australia extends from 865.0125 to 869.9875 MHz in 25 kHz steps, with Motorola licenced to use the majority of those frequencies. Some of those frequencies, in the Brisbane area, are still used for Motorola Smartnet, but for how much longer is anyones guess, as Motorola no longer supports the product. Whether those frequencies then get used for Zeon is also anyones guess.

If you do monitor a frequency running TETRA, you will not hear any Voice, just a 'raucous noise'.
