Making some ladder line?

I picked up some from a local jay car a few years ago.

Maybe try a few small tv shops?

Have a look here:
http://www.wagner.net.au/catalogue/13_Cable.pdf
go to page 6.
There aren't any prices listed but I have the full printed catalog and ribbon cable is $31.50 for a 200 metre roll.
Maybe you could share the cost of a roll?

Nah, ladder line is easy to buy, but it's 450 Ohms.

Jaycar don't sell 300 Ohm ribbon anymore, and Dick Smith only sell it in the form of an FM antenna.

Thank you, that's exactly what I'm looking for. I'll get in contact with them.

Building antennas...

It's a great low-loss feeder line, and also good for making the elements of a simple wire dipole for different bandwidths.
