I've been listening to this scanner online for a couple of months, either on my computer via Broadcastify, or using 5-0 Radio Pro on my iPhone. It has been offline for a while now though - does anyone know why or what's happening? Broadcastify says "Offline due to upgrade scanner/computer" but I have no idea what this means.

It means that the person who provides the stream is either upgrading his computer or the scanner he uses to provide the feed from.
