New 800MHz Frequencies

Post by Comint »

There are some new 800 MHz frequencies showing on the ACMA Database for the Lytton area. I haven't seen this block of frequencies licenced in the Brisbane area before.

The frequencies are 865.8125, 866.8125, 867.8125, 868.8125, with Control Channel type emissions on 866.8125 MHz. Doesn't appear to be Motorola Smartnet. Possibly TETRA, or NXDN, or maybe even MotoTRBO.
