hello,

does anyone know what brissy transport uses. BCC buses that is. its a new motorola system.

whats the frequencies and can it be picked up with a DTS-96 from dick smith...

I don't think Zeon can be monitored

even if you could listen to the Frequencies Motorola Zeon Digital is a TDMA system conventional scanners are FDMA all you will hear is a low hum i will upload a sample of the data a bit later.

also for the Frequencies for the other services have a look on at the Translink Buses Category on BrisbaneScan

The frequencies are in the range of 865.0125 to 869.9875 MHz, in 25 kHz steps, and while they can be 'picked up' by the DTS-96, you cannot 'monitor' them as there is currently NO scanner available, that will decode the signal.

Motorola's Zeon Digital Network employs the TErrestrial Trunked RAdio (TETRA) protocol, which is 4-slot Time Domain Multiple Access (TDMA).
