CDC Bus Services Melbourne (and Geelong) work on the Orion Network (DMR)
I have logged them on talkgroups 310001 thru to 310011. Geelong operate on talkgroup 310003.
I'm not sure if they operate on any other network or frequencies.

I only have a Uniden CD396T, I am unaware if that will allow me to listen, I definitely have a signal at 473.925 which is Mt Dandenong, Melbourne

Correct, I used to have a list of bus services on @Pumper_50's forum but it all went.
