Any Pilots Here ?

Post by ScannerEars »

I see from another thread that there are a few pilots on here.

I learnt to fly at Navair (which became Hayair) at Hoxton Park, Sydney.

Mainly Beechcraft fleet. Skippers, Sundowners, Sierra, Victa Airtourer. Couple of X Hired Cessna 152s.

Any others here?

Hey guys, i started flying back in May this year, have only 24 hours up so far, went solo approx 2 weeks ago. I am learning via RAA AUS, will move over to GA later on . Been learning in a Jab 160 at the moment, start flying in a Jab 230 soon for Navigation.

Do you have to get a certain amount of hours up before they will give you a license or something ?

That correct. Like any license - you have to meet certain requirements and hours.

I am sure that there is different requirements between the RAA and GA.

Unofficial pilot?
Sound interesting...

R/C aircraft are fun aswell - pity kiddies get in the way of a good hobby.
