Heard today what sounded like a fighter control exercise on this frequency, possibly Singaporeans.
My antenna was pointing to the northwest so the MILSAT may be UFO-F10, because the comms were the same strength as the fleet broadcast signal on 250.650MHz which seems to be used by that satellite.
If you can hear the continuous data broadcast on 250.650MHz, try listening to 267.050MHz from around 0240 UTC (12:40pm eastern standard time), because the exercise activity has occurred from then the last couple of days.

FM - and it is a 25kHz channel, so use FM not NFM.
