Does anyone have a digital manual or know how to change the default channel on a Phillips FM 320 CB Radio?

If you are referring to the Nom channel, it is changed by altering diode links. See this page:

The attached Table shows the Columns in the same order that the Diode positions appear on the Printed Circuit Board.

( Remember that after the 30th of June next year - all 40 Channel, 25kHz-wide, UHF CB's are technically no longer allowed to be used… )
