Do I Need A Licence ?
Just wanting to know if us forklift drivers need a licence to use the radios at work as none of us "stupid" forkies know. We are on 469.250 at montague fresh and would like to know so we dont get in trouble.If we do what type of licence would we need

nope you personally dont need a licence, the licences would have been paid by whoever owns the radios

It would be a commercial license through the ACMA just like all the other companies that have allocated frequencies.

As far as I was aware, as long as the business has the licence for the frequency you are fine to use it.
