Well, that's a bit vague mate :?
First up, where are you?
Because that will depend on the answer.

What do you mean by 'digital decrypted'?

As in, can we decrypt encrypted radio signals?
Because that's a big NO.
Taking for instance around my area; the Melbourne City Police.
They use P25 Enc. Which CANNOT be decrypted.

If you mean can we listed to digital signals yet? Yes, yes we can.
Many systems & signals are digital now.
Another local example; the RMR (Regional Mobile Radio Network), it is P25 digital. (Not excrypted, yet :cry: )
All you need is a digital scanner or radio to listen to it.

My newest scanner BCD325P2-AU, is a digital, Phase 2 capable scanner.
That means that it can listen to digital signals, and even in the future, when TDMA P2 comes in (a 'half step-size' system - giving you effectively double the channels), it can listen to that too.

So, TL;DR:
Digital = YES
Encrypted = NO (generally).

Experts; please do correct me if i'm wrong :lol:

You are more or less correct, except when mentioning TDMA. TDMA doesn't create half step sizes, it uses time slots to transmit the signals, much like mobile phones. There are two time slots available which may be the source of the confusion. Further Phase 2 P25 (TDMA) is ONLY available on trunking voice channels. The control channel and non trunking channels remain FDMA.
