If you want a good digital scasnner look at the AR-DV1.It will do all digital modes.It seems to be the cheapest from strictlyham.Current price is $1799.I got it for only $1600 tax free as i am not in Australia of course.Andrews price is $1999.Nearly $200 more.Go Strictlyham.!!

But it still won't decrypt encrypted transmissions.

The AR-DV1 cannot decode any trunking modes, digital or otherwise, nor can it decide any form of P25 Phase 2.

For those interested in monitoring digital emergency services there are better options out there that will do both those things for 1/3 the price.
