From the Toowoomba Chronicle:
THE Warrego Highway was completely cut for a period tonight following a serious collision between a B-double and a car at Charlton.
At 7.40pm, police were diverting traffic through a truck stop to avoid the crash site, 2km east of Charlton.
The male driver of the car was not entrapped, but was transported to hospital with leg injuries.
The driver of the semi-trailer was uninjured.
Firefighters were not required to extricate the man, but cleaned up a fuel leak and provided lighting for police.
It was the third major traffic accident with injuries in Toowoomba since Easter Sunday.
