The restricted access section is made for the people that host online scanners or pagers for us . when we are looking for new mods the people in the restricted access section will be considered first. The restricted access section also gives the users a chance to talk to the mods and admin about the site and what they think is going right and wrong . To gain entry all you need to do is start an online scanner or pager feed and your membership will be upgraded so that you can access the restricted access forum .
